Mike Findling
Owner / Agent
With 35 years of experience as a booking agent, Mike embarked on his journey in 1990 with Entertainment America before joining forces with Grey Absey at Absey Entertainment. In 2008, he established Time Music Agency, where he orchestrated connections within the industry until 2015 when he assumed the role of Entertainment Manager at Badlands Entertainment Group. Here, he curated experiences with acclaimed national touring acts like KISS, Disturbed, The Offspring, and Joan Jett, overseeing their performances at the venue. In 2016, Mike redirected his focus, founding the Mike Findling Agency to spotlight the nation’s top tribute bands.
Beyond his accomplishments as a booking agent and manager, Mike’s musical legacy traces back to his tenure with Grey Star, sharing the stage with Ruby Starr and notably opening for The Who during their final tour in 1982. Following this, he co-founded Slave Raider, a prominent heavy metal band in the Twin Cities, recording three albums, including two under Jive RCA, and venturing to London’s famed Battery Studios in 1988. Subsequently, he contributed nine years to Twin Cities band UKI before forming Hairball in 2000, where he showcased his talents for seven years before transitioning into management, a role in which he continues to thrive.
Danielle Findling

Following in her father’s footsteps, Danielle embarked on her music industry journey immediately after high school. Her career trajectory has seen her assume various roles, starting as an assistant at Time Music Agency, where she worked with a roster of 12 bands. Subsequently, she transitioned to the role of box office manager at Badlands Pawn, a concert venue in South Dakota. Here, she oversaw weekly concerts featuring illustrious acts such as KISS, Night Ranger, Joan Jett, Disturbed, and the Offspring.
In 2016, Danielle returned to her native Minnesota, where she found her niche working exclusively with Hairball and the Mike Findling Agency, a role she passionately embraces to this day. Outside of her professional endeavors, she indulges her love for music by attending concerts as an enthusiastic patron. It is this blend of hands-on experience and genuine passion for all facets of the music industry that fuels Danielle’s dedication to nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring the success of every event she undertakes.
